Flight times are subject to change. Always reconfirm your flight directly with the airline 24–48 hours before departure.
You are responsible for understanding visa, passport, health, and insurance requirements based on your destination and nationality.
Any cancellation or change is subject to the airline’s or provider’s fare rules and policies.
Flight Expert service fees for changes or cancellations are non-refundable.
Refunds (if permitted) may take up to 12 weeks or longer, depending on the provider.
No refunds are applicable for no-shows or missed flights.

We strongly recommend all customers purchase comprehensive travel insurance that covers cancellations, medical emergencies, COVID-19-related issues, and travel delays. Flight Expert does not provide or sell insurance directly.
